Grasshopper's Focused Practise-Trust and Flow

Grasshopper feels sticky now and then. Every body is different and yet the same, from whatever stresses we put on our bodies on a daily basis to our genetics. Our body systems are complexand unique, and some will verify we're more alike than different. A trust that energy will flow when we are mindful of it, can facilitate regeneration in the body without the need for reason. For example, yoga teaches that an achy shoulder can be the result of tight hamstrings because of the soace muscle connection, however in practise it is the focused meditative quality of the release/stretch/relaxation trio that allows oxygen to flow into tissues where healing takes place. An amateur understanding of the connectivity within the body's many systems can help us invent a stretching program tailored to our own needs and weaknesses. Important references would be Iyengar Yoga, QiGung, Quantum Touch,  the chakra system, meridian lines, aroma and sound vibrations, but most important, TRUST and FLOW.
              Blessings
The blessings of our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health is our whole-self balance. When pain weakens part of this balance, we seek out the health sciences and services to recover from physical symptoms. When this fails recovery, we are left to shift our thoughts from the despair of physical pain to another focus, retraining the brain's thoughts. Grasshopper finds joy in searching out the strong part of the whole self, and nurturing it in times of stress and overburden. Seek it out, take gratitude in it, use it for strength and confidence. It will provide you trust that not all is lost.
